Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region will lead AutoStore after-sales projects, ensuring seamless delivery from Sales to implementation and service. Responsibilities include managing AutoStore solutions projects, maintaining regular contact with customers, facilitating negotiations and contract-related activities, preparing quotes and presentations, proactively marketing services, and identifying additional service opportunities. Travel up to ~40% is required. The role requires a business administration or engineering/technical degree, strong cross-functional collaboration, and fluency in English plus two of Spanish, French, or Italian. The position emphasizes building long-term customer relationships, driving satisfaction, and ensuring delivery targets in a startup-like, international environment.
