Job Summary
Strategic, quota-carrying Customer Success Manager responsible for owning end-to-end commercial health of a customer cohort, aligning engineering capabilities with executive-level goals, leading business reviews to demonstrate ROI and value realization, and driving ARR retention and expansion. You will bridge technical engineering requirements with business objectives, act as the Voice of the Customer to influence roadmaps, and leverage automation for scalable, high-touch portfolio management across a global (EMEA/US) footprint. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years in a technical SaaS customer-facing role, experience managing renewals and expansions, strong executive communication, CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot), and a team-selling mindset. Location flexibility includes EMEA (CET) or US time zones with remote work options. Diversity and inclusion are emphasized in the company culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years in a high-growth SaaS environment in a technical customer-facing role (CSM, Account Management, or Technical Account Management)
- Experience carrying a quota and managing renewals and expansions
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior decision-makers
- CRM data usage (Salesforce/HubSpot) to drive strategy
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales
- Familiarity with CFD/FEA or Thermal Analysis preferred
