Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Be responsible for renewing and expanding our product usage with B2B customers, drive retention and expansion, identify risks and mitigate them with a mitigation plan, strive for full utilization of customer orders, and collaborate with sales teams to drive growth and increase presence. Network between customers and departments to maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders and help shape the strategic direction of development. Based in Berlin and operating in a fast-paced, international environment. The role requires completed studies in Business Administration or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience, proven B2B customer development or customer success background, and experience with CRM/CSM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Fluency in German and English is required, with French a plus; optional project-management experience is noted. The position emphasizes renewal/expansion, risk identification and mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize value for customers.
Required Qualifications
