Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for Charger logistics Inc. responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing expectations, coordinating with Implementation and internal teams on pricing and service delivery, contributing to rate reviews and large-bid presentations, maintaining client/prospect/vendor databases, monitoring market conditions, and providing ongoing client support and administrative duties. The role emphasizes proactive communication with customers, cross-functional collaboration (including VP of Sales/CS), and delivering optimal transportation service solutions while seeking new business in the target market.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of account management experience in transportation and logistics field would be an asset.
- Recent college or university degree in Sales & Marketing or Business-related field is required.
- 3+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics field is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to function independently with little or no supervision as well as function in a team environment
