The role emphasizes building trusted client relationships, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, AI-native SaaS environment. Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer service or client-facing roles, 1–3 years managing client relationships, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with CRM platforms and web tools.
