Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for Kodiak Solutions driving adoption and value across a healthcare-focused client portfolio. Lead customer onboarding, monitor account health, and partner cross-functionally to deliver strategic roadmaps, insights, and proactive support. Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure successful implementations, improved retention, and timely renewals, while guiding customers toward measurable business outcomes and sustained product usage. Required Qualifications
