Job Summary

The Customer Success Manager will guide districts and schools from onboarding through adoption, driving engagement and measurable literacy impact. You will manage relationships with district/school leaders and educators, develop account plans, monitor health and renewal opportunities, support effective implementation of literacy programs, analyze usage data to demonstrate outcomes, deliver professional learning and data reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key activities include onboarding new customers, ensuring successful program launches, driving renewals and expansions through demonstrated impact, and identifying customer advocates for testimonials and case studies. Travel to district visits, conferences, and events is expected to support district partnerships and program growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or district partnerships within the education sector (K-12 or edtech experience preferred)
  • Proven success managing multiple accounts and building lasting customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of district and school operations, instructional goals, and literacy initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to tell a compelling story about student and educator impact
  • Organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting educators and improving student outcomes
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for district visits, conferences, and events
