Job Summary
Customer Success Manager responsible for onboarding, adoption, and renewal within enterprise accounts; Build executive relationships, lead health assessments and quarterly business reviews, drive adoption and expansion opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing, document customer data and track status; role involves 30% travel to meet customers and maintain strong post-implementation partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, OR Master’s degree in relevant field with a minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience, OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
