Customer Success Manager

Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for Irish public sector and commercial accounts. Build deep, trusting relationships with key government departments, local authorities, and public bodies; monitor CSAT and NPS and implement proactive retention strategies. Partner with sales to co-create account plans, conduct QBRs/FBRs, and identify cross-sell opportunities across RIM, DBU, and ALM. Lead public sector renewal strategies, contribute to tender and RFP responses, negotiate pricing and SLAs, and communicate value while aligning with ESG strategy. Act as an internal advocate across CoE, Product, Sales, and Marketing to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless billing and operational workflows. Maintain compliance with Irish and EU procurement regulations and GDPR, while staying informed on trends in Records, Information, and Data Protection. Ideal candidate has several years in customer success or account management, with focus on Irish public sector accounts, and familiarity with CRM/BI tools (e.g., Salesforce). Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Offer includes competitive compensation and flexible work options.
