Customer Success Manager Internship

Job Summary
Assist CSMs with onboarding tasks, set up basic accounts, monitor high-risk client orders, and export/analyze data from client accounts to troubleshoot issues and answer product questions. Monitor customer usage patterns, provide feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention strategies, and help prepare Business Review data and Success Plan data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met quickly and effectively; gain hands-on experience in customer success, data analytics, and SaaS operations in a hybrid Amsterdam internship.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Data Analyst, Project Manager or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- An interest in SaaS or customer success is a plus, but not required—you’ll learn on the job
- A basic understanding of data and analytics is helpful, but not essential. We’ll teach you the ropes.
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive, customer-first attitude
- Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed
