Job Summary
Customer Success Manager will oversee a portfolio of clients using HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools; build and maintain strong client relationships; tailor HubSpot solutions to client objectives; guide onboarding and successful implementation; provide ongoing training on HubSpot features; identify opportunities to optimize usage and drive growth; monitor client success metrics and ROI; collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams; prepare reports on performance and ROI; remote, globally distributed role with international clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Customer Success Manager for International clients, preferably within the SaaS or digital marketing industry
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., Inbound, HubSpot Marketing Software) are a plus
