Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for a fully remote, global organization delivering HubSpot CRM/marketing solutions. Manage a portfolio of international clients, build and maintain strong relationships, tailor HubSpot solutions to client objectives, onboard and ensure successful implementation, provide ongoing training on HubSpot features, identify upsell opportunities, monitor usage and ROI, and collaborate with sales/marketing/customer success teams to drive client growth. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, proven CSM experience in SaaS/digital marketing, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage multiple clients/projects, and HubSpot knowledge (certifications a plus). Remote role with Manila, Philippines as a listed location; global remote work setup described by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager for International clients, preferably within the SaaS or digital marketing industry
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., Inbound, HubSpot Marketing Software) are a plus
