Job Summary

Customer Success Manager I responsible for ensuring maximum client retention, satisfaction, and growth. Role includes onboarding transactional clients, managing CSA queue and tasks, running subscription and transactional usage reports, escalating to technical, billing, or product teams as needed, and collaborating with Project Management, Technical, and Sales teams to ensure smooth information flow. Platform testing support and a focus on renewals, upsells, and account expansion. Requires 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, customer-centric mindset, and analytical abilities. NYC pay range listed; DISCO does not sponsor visas. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
