Job Summary
Hybrid, full-time Customer Success Manager focused on product adoption and relationship management for Unlimited Financials’ revenue cycle management platform. Responsibilities include developing success plans aligned to customer goals, driving feature adoption, conducting regular business reviews, monitoring health scores and churn risk, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Sales and Product teams, and surfacing customer feedback to influence the product roadmap. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in account management, implementation, or consulting; healthcare/RCM background is a bonus. The position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with residency in Ohio preferred. The company emphasizes customer advocacy, community participation, and maintaining CRM records. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, implementation, or consulting
- Experience in revenue cycle management is a bonus
- Pursue industry and customer trends to influence best-in-class customer success
- Be able to develop success plans aligned to customer goals and drive feature adoption
- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship management skills
- Willingness to obtain certification in Unlimited Financials product knowledge
