Job Summary

Own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of healthcare clients from onboarding to ongoing account management. Lead implementations and onboarding with integration to hospital HRIS/ATS systems (Workday, Infor, Oracle, etc.), credentialing processes, and data migration. Develop success plans aligning Symbal’s AI Recruiters to clients’ hiring goals (time-to-fill, cost per hire, nurse retention, compliance). Train client teams to maximize usage and performance of Symbal’s AI Recruiters. Analyze and present ROI metrics (candidate engagement, cost savings, fill rates, retention) to drive renewals or expansions. Be the voice of the customer internally to shape product roadmap, report bugs, and surface feature requests. Drive adoption and upsell new modules (AI Sourcing, AI Reference Check, AI Coach, etc.) based on client needs. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless client experience across high-volume healthcare hiring.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or healthcare/clinical recruiting contexts.
