Customer Success Manager (German speaking)

Job Summary
German-speaking Customer Success Manager at Pleo who will own a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, reduce churn, and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll align customer objectives with product capabilities, use health scores and adoption metrics to identify risks, coordinate with Product/Support/Implementation, and communicate upcoming releases. You’ll enable customers through targeted programs, disseminate customer insights for product improvements, and work with tools such as HubSpot, Vitally, Slack, and Notion to drive renewals and customer growth. Requires 2+ years in CSM or related roles, fluency in German and English, and a proactive, data-driven, consultative approach.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles
- Fluency in German and English
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset
- Strong consultative skills and ability to advise customers
- Excellent empathy and communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume customer portfolio
- Experience in fast-paced environments with varied tasks (customer calls to internal product meetings)
- Interest in fintech and customer excellence
