Job Summary
Junior Customer Success Manager (German-speaking) supports German-speaking customers in the DACH market, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for customer administrators. You will manage change requests, portal configuration, and troubleshoot within the Benifex platform to ensure smooth operation and high customer satisfaction. This role focuses on hands-on operational support, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintaining clear, proactive communication. Suitable for someone in an early-stage support or junior CSM role who enjoys troubleshooting, problem solving, and working with systems and processes. Responsibilities include handling change requests, configuring the portal, investigating platform issues, answering questions about functionality and best practices, and managing multiple requests in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The position primarily supports German-speaking customers within the DACH market. The role can be based in Amsterdam (hybrid) or remotely from the UK.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support or operational support role
- German language proficiency
