Customer Success Manager (German Speaker)

Partner with customers in the DACH market to drive adoption, retention, and business value through product knowledge and goal-based recommendations. Identify at-risk relationships using metrics, collaborate with account management on growth opportunities, and recognize needs to recommend additional services. Proactively communicate product updates, address key business challenges, and relay customer feedback to the product team. Adhere to security policies and participate in regular trainings. Based in Antwerp, Belgium, this role supports Rydoo's mission to simplify spend management for over 10,000 clients.
