Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for GBG's Enterprise and Strategic portfolios. You will own base revenue retention, manage executive-level relationships, lead renewals and account planning, and drive adoption and value realization across high-value customers. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional efforts with Sales, Customer Growth, Onboarding, Product and Support; conducting executive business reviews; surfacing expansion opportunities (CSQLs); guiding product adoption to align with customer goals and regulatory requirements; analyzing usage trends to identify risks and optimization opportunities; and leveraging AI/automation to improve engagement and scalability. Strategic CSMs focus on executive engagement and complex escalations, while Enterprise CSMs drive portfolio-level impact and growth across a broader set of accounts.
