Job Summary
Own and grow a roster of advertiser accounts by driving retention, expansion, and measurable business impact through strategic advisory. Lead client conversations to uncover growth opportunities, pitch new solutions, and ensure campaigns succeed via regular reporting and performance optimization. Become an expert on the platform to provide training on audience targeting, first-party data, and emerging use cases. Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps and rapidly onboard new customers. Take accountability for client outcomes, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless execution during in-person and virtual engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in account management, campaign strategy, or execution within the programmatic, adtech, or marketing technology space
- At least 2 years of direct client-facing experience managing relationships and driving outcomes
- Proven track record of growing accounts through strong client relationships, understanding their objectives, and recommending strategic solutions
- Demonstrated ability to identify revenue opportunities within existing accounts, pitch new solutions persuasively, and drive incremental business growth
- Deep understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB), DSPs, and programmatic advertising fundamentals
- Strong ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts with confidence, translating platform capabilities for non-technical audiences
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams and clients
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for digital advertising and emerging technologies
