Job Summary
Own onboarding and onboarding process; manage the client journey from sale to renewal; collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to launch clients on optimal terms; build relationships and deliver best-in-class customer service; drive retention and revenue growth by creating opportunities and ensuring renewals on terms at least as good as before; utilize data to craft compelling client stories and support continued success. Familiarity with websites and platforms such as HTML and WordPress, and a strong focus on client satisfaction and stakeholder communications across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Min 2 years’ experience in a similar role (B2B, Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service)
- Strong organizational skills
- Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and in a process-driven environment
- Experience producing reports and data analysis
- Knowledge of Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, and the Digital world
- Experience in SAAS/Tech startup is highly desirable
