Job Summary
Customer Success Manager at Fivetran responsible for retaining and expanding a book of 250-350 SaaS accounts, owning net retention, driving usage growth, and coordinating with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver value and renewals. Responsibilities include holding calls with customers to promote connectors and plan upgrades, leading scalable campaigns to boost retention, managing PQL flows, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing customer relationships to create advocates. Must have SaaS account management or customer success experience and Salesforce proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS quota-carrying account management or customer success role.
- Experience with Salesforce is a must.
