Job Summary
Customer Success Manager, Strategic: Act as the Account Expert for a select group of Financial Service Strategic clients, driving product adoption and ROI through executive-level, multi-unit conversations. Lead onboarding journeys and trial success, identify organic expansion opportunities, and defend renewals with data-driven insights. Leverage APIs, LLMs, and integrations to position AlphaSense as a mission-critical partner, command virtual and in-person rooms, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver measurable outcomes. Requires 2–4+ years in a client-facing SaaS role, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work in NYC 1x per week; base compensation $80k–$95k with potential bonuses/equity. Location options include Hybrid for NYC HQ and Remote within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Ability to be in our NYC office 1x per week
