Job Summary
Customer Success Manager at FacilityOS/iLobby (hybrid in Canada) responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of customers. You’ll analyze product and business data to identify proactive opportunities, work with the sales team to drive growth, mitigate churn risk, and promote product adoption. You’ll partner with product to drive feature usage, continuously learn CS best practices, and contribute to scalable processes. The role requires 2-5 years in customer success, strong communication, strategic planning, and project management skills, plus an organized, proactive, results-driven mindset. The position is hybrid (office twice a week) in North York/Toronto, Canada, and candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada or the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success
- Experience in managing a customer lifecycle journey and understanding of how to work with usage data
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Exceptionally organized
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Highly motivated self-starter with initiative and results-driven mindset
