Job Summary
Customer Success Manager (EUROPE - REMOTE) owns and manages a portfolio of customer accounts in the EMEA region with primary responsibility for retention, renewal outcomes, and customer growth. Builds relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, partners with customers to align platform usage to measurable outcomes, develops and executes account plans focused on retention, risk mitigation, and expansion, identifies at-risk accounts and stabilises outcomes, owns the renewal process, drives adoption and value realization, leads business reviews, monitors health and engagement signals, maintains accurate renewal/expansion forecasting, and collaborates with Product and Support to resolve issues. Requires 2–4 years in customer success/account management in a SaaS environment, strong relationship management, ability to identify risks and drive outcomes, experience with adoption and expansion opportunities, cross-functional collaboration, SaaS/LMS/HR tech experience preferred, and a Bachelor's Degree preferred. Working hours vary by location (UK, FR, DE, IT, PL, ES).
