Job Summary

Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Dealpath in San Francisco leads a portfolio of 30–40 enterprise accounts, driving adoption and value, leading quarterly and executive business reviews, and managing end-to-end renewals with a focus on identifying upsell opportunities. The role serves as the voice of the customer to product, engineering, and sales, builds CRE domain expertise to configure Dealpath to customers’ workflows, and stays aligned with the AI roadmap. The position requires 1.5–4 years of direct enterprise SaaS CSM experience, proven renewal/upsell success, enterprise account exposure with executive stakeholders, data-driven review skills, strong communication with C-suite audiences, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Optional experience in CRE tech or proptech and Salesforce familiarity are considered a plus. The job includes a hybrid in-office policy with 3 days in the office in San Francisco, CA, and offers base compensation in the $95k–$100k range with additional variable compensation forming a total target around $125k, plus equity.

Required Qualifications

  • 1.5–4 years as a CSM or Client Success Manager at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven renewal and upsell experience — end to end
  • Enterprise account experience — multi-year contracts and executive-level stakeholders
  • QBR/EBR experience
  • Clear, polished communicator — with CIOs and Heads of Acquisitions
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Nice to Have: CRE tech, proptech, or adjacent financial technology experience
  • Experience with configurable SaaS products requiring deep domain expertise
  • Familiarity with CRE acquisition process
  • Salesforce experience
