Job Summary
Customer Success Manager, Enterprise at Airwallex in Shanghai. Responsibilities include driving growth for cross-border payment business, maintaining in-depth relationships with cross-border market clients, and exploring scenario-based needs in cross-border finance. Regularly follow up on merchants’ daily cross-border payment transactions, understand and report on merchants’ operational status, monitor industry policies and compliance requirements, and collaborate with product and R&D teams to analyze market information and provide feedback. Core duties include promptly resolving client issues (pricing configuration, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring), providing data analysis and optimization support to promote clients’ business development, maintaining client relationships, exploring new business opportunities, and driving product and process improvements. Strong educational background with proficiency in Korean and English (Mandarin preferred), 3–5 years of relevant enterprise experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
