Job Summary
Customer Success Manager (EMEA) for BitGo, responsible for generating new revenue opportunities and steering client relationships, improving adoption and successful implementation of BitGo solutions and services. Develop and measure KPIs for learning initiatives; apply product/industry knowledge to achieve results and drive innovative solutions; treat customer success as a product to improve experiences; lead end-to-end project plans and ensure delivery of success plans; capture and summarize data to scale the team and elevate CS operations; drive efficiency and productivity; influence cross-functionally; leverage creative problem solving; bring passion for digital assets to the role.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of work experience in Customer Success
- Past project management experience
- Multi-channel leadership experience
- Experience building and scaling Customer Success operations
- The ability to optimally influence and communicate cross-functionally
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Passion for the Digital Assets market and technologies
