Job Summary
Dutch-speaking Customer Success Manager responsible for owning the customer relationship in the Netherlands and Flemish market, acting as the voice of the customer and primary advocate within Unit4. Drive retention and expand opportunities by delivering value through cloud ERP/HCM/financial planning solutions, creating and managing customer success plans, and conducting virtual business reviews with executives. Identify up/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales; ensure ideas and value drivers are captured and communicated to product and support teams; maintain ARR by nurturing renewals and expansion. Build strong customer relationships, influence across internal teams (sales, product, R&D, support), and lead success planning with accountability for churn management. Role is remote in the Netherlands and Flemish market, with availability to travel up to 20%.
