Job Summary

Customer Success Manager for Dutch-speaking markets (Netherlands & Flemish region) responsible for owning the customer relationship, driving retention and value, delivering quarterly business reviews with executives, and identifying up/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales. You will act as the primary customer advocate, ensuring feedback and product ideas are captured to improve adoption and risk management, while maintaining ARR and expanding footprint through the Success4U program and related initiatives. The role requires building strong relationships, clear communication, and the ability to influence across internal teams (product, R&D, Support) to deliver customer value in ERP/cloud software environments. Requires fluent Dutch and English, remote work capability, and willingness to travel up to 20%.
