Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for the BENELUX mid market/commercial segment. Manage a high-volume portfolio from onboarding to renewal, driving rapid time-to-value, product adoption, and ongoing customer growth. Collaborate with Customer Success Engineers, Solutions Engineers, Renewals Managers, Onboarding specialists, Cyber Infrastructure Engineers, and Sales to deliver value technically and commercially. Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, monitor account health, mitigate churn risks, and identify upsell opportunities. Drive scalable engagement, automate processes with marketing, and apply CRM/CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight) and MEDDPICC methodologies. Must be fluent in Dutch and English (French a nice-to-have). Hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in Amsterdam or London offices. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills are essential to support onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal across accounts.
