Customer Success Manager

Job Summary
Customer Success Manager responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Diligent clients, renewing and expanding accounts, coordinating onboarding and training, and acting as the voice of the customer across cross-functional teams. Collaborates with Expansion Sales, Implementation, and other departments to ensure high NPS and strong revenue retention, while building and maintaining direct relationships with key stakeholders. Requires enterprise account management experience (preferred in SAAS), experience with Salesforce or other CRM, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, resilience, and a solution-centric mindset. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Services, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, and involves working with senior stakeholders including C-Suite and Directors to drive customer success and product adoption.
