Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for Digital Analytics based in Melbourne/Sydney. Own day-to-day and strategic relationships with enterprise clients across data/analytics engagements; map stakeholder landscapes and serve as single point of contact. Translate complex data/analytics outputs into business value aligned with client KPIs; conduct regular client check-ins, QBRs, and roadmaps. Identify and pursue organic growth within accounts (new workstreams, expanded scope, upsell) and contribute to proposals and commercial negotiations. Oversee delivery with onshore/offshore teams to meet scope and timelines; maintain delivery status and manage client expectations. Provide consultancy and strategic advisory on platforms, analytics trends, data maturity roadmaps, and architecture decisions in collaboration with technical specialists. Manage SOWs, budgeting, billing, and financial reconciliation; maintain accurate account records in Salesforce and PM systems. Proficient with analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics) and MarTech/data platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze); comfortable with enterprise procurement processes and complex billing.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in client-facing roles (account management, digital consulting, or client services)
- experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics) and digital marketing ecosystems (DV360, CM360)
- experience with enterprise procurement processes and complex billing structures
- ability to translate technical concepts into business language for senior stakeholders
- experience managing relationships with enterprise clients and driving account growth
- experience with SOWs, renewal conversations, budgets, and upsell opportunities
