Job Summary
As a Customer Success Manager at Deskpro, you will own a diverse portfolio of strategic and growth customers, ensuring retention and expansion performance. Your role includes building expansion pipelines through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, delivering on retention targets, and monitoring customer health indicators. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Customer Success Management or Account Management within the B2B SaaS industry, with experience in strategically managing customer portfolios and proactively driving revenue.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a B2B SaaS Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role
- Proven track record of identifying and closing expansion opportunities
- Experience building relationships across customer organizations
- Ability to monitor health indicators to mitigate churn
- Comfortable acting as the sole CSM for UK & EMEA
