Job Summary

Customer Success Manager responsible for being one of the first points of contact for customers (existing and potential), identifying and reporting bugs to the appropriate team, sharing customer feedback with Product, improving FAQs and support macros to enable self-service, training and refining the AI chatbot to handle more queries, proposing automation ideas/workflows, and monitoring/responding to Trustpilot reviews. The role emphasizes shaping processes, collaboration with the CS Lead and direct line to product, and contributing to product and engineering improvements. Working hours are day shift 09:00–18:00 EET; location is Vilnius, Lithuania. Fluency in English and Lithuanian, prior customer support experience, strong communication skills, adaptability under pressure, and a problem-solving mindset are required or preferred; experience with Intercom automations and knowledge-base documentation is a plus.
