Job Summary

Customer Success Manager for IDT within the Danaher ecosystem, partnering with Sales, Operations, and SMEs to own escalations, drive cross-functional solutions, and deliver exceptional outcomes. Responsible for developing and executing customer satisfaction, retention, and growth plans across assigned accounts, providing real-time visibility through dashboards, and identifying process gaps for operational improvements. Requires 5+ years in customer service or related function and a bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field. Role is fully remote from Belgium (EMEA) with collaboration across global partners to support product requirements, documentation, ordering, commercialization, and regulatory needs, leveraging DBS/Lean continuous improvement methods.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (biology, biochemistry, chemistry), business, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in Customer Service or related function
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems with critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated adaptability to handle diverse situations and maintain high standards of courtesy and cooperation
