Job Summary

Customer Success Manager for South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand focused on managing and expanding relationships with military and government agencies. Drive customer value, retention, and satisfaction by integrating Planet’s geospatial imagery solutions into customers’ workflows (e.g., border security, disaster response, urban planning). Lead renewal opportunities, develop use cases, and advocate for regional requirements with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Engineering). Requires strong experience with South Korean and ANZ government procurement, GIS/remote sensing familiarity, ability to navigate interagency structures, and proficiency in Korean and English. Remote, full-time role based in South Korea with travel willingness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience with South Korean or ANZ Defence Forces and/or Federal Government agencies
  • Experience with GIS, remote sensing, or satellite imagery applications
  • Ability to build connections across ministries and maintain relationships with officials and end-users
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel
