Customer Success Manager

Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison for technical questions and escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other teams. Develop success plans with critical goals and KPIs, guiding customers to achieve these objectives and reporting results. Partner with Account Management to secure contract renewals and identify opportunities to expand Cymulate’s usage across the customer’s organization. Lead POCs for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, QBRs and ABRs with key accounts. The role requires strong cybersecurity technical background, enterprise client relationship management, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success/ project management role with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing major accounts
- Technical experience in the cybersecurity field with good analytical and project management skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to make independent decisions
- Identify problems and address them internally to drive resolution with tech support team
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, driving customer success, and exceeding performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
