Job Summary
Customer Success Manager (CSM) within the Report Hub Team responsible for owning and growing relationships with key financial services clients, managing complex production issues and escalations, delivering service reviews and performance reporting, and driving continuous service improvements. Collaborates with Product, Tech, and Integration teams; acts as client advocate; supports regulatory reporting capabilities (EMIR, SFTR, MiFID) and SaaS/platform solutions. Hybrid role based in Wrexham, UK, with a permanent (full-time) employment arrangement and a UK work permit.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management, client support, or service delivery within financial services (typically 4–6+ years)
- A valid working permit for UK is mandatory
