Job Summary
Own 10–15 enterprise SaaS accounts across Europe, driving expansion, renewals, and long-term value. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; drive adoption, QBRs, and measurable outcomes. Use data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk. Lead stakeholder alignment, roadmap planning, and value realization. Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and optimise customer experience. Operate as a consultant, coach, and strategic partner—curious, proactive, and focused on delivering customer impact.
