Job Summary
Customer Success Manager responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with schools across England to ensure active product usage, renewals, and growth. Deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars; monitor usage metrics; collaborate with Customer Success and technical teams to resolve issues; provide regular insights to management and drive customer-driven product improvements. Travel within the region is required and the role operates within a fully remote-friendly setup.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar Account Manager or customer success role is highly regarded
- Background in Teaching, Education or EdTech is preferable
- Comfortable working to revenue targets with the existing customer base
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Ability to work autonomously and to take responsibility for the customer journey
- Passionate about online learning and education technology
