Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for Cisco customers, guiding software adoption and value realization, driving renewals and ARR growth, handling renewal risks, facilitating workshops to review adoption progress, and identifying services opportunities. Proactively enable efficient delivery of Cisco services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, collaborate with Sales, Renewals, and Delivery teams to drive use cases and business outcomes, and provide feedback to product teams on Cisco technologies and industry trends. Build strong relationships with customer partners and advocate for Cisco capabilities to accelerate business results, delivering Technical Adoption Plans to optimize ROI and ensure continued customer success across post-sales engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in the technology industry
- Sophisticated understanding of IT/ Infrastructure & Software
- Proven experience in post-sales or professional services function
- Ability to drive ARR growth and deliver value through use cases
- Experience in service delivery and managing a P&L
- Strong collaboration with Sales, Renewals, and Delivery teams
