Customer Success Manager

Job Summary
As the first Customer Success Manager at Chiku, you will be a trusted advisor helping customers onboard and adopt the Chiku application, develop strong relationships, and translate customer feedback into product and process improvements. You’ll own onboarding kickoff and training, conduct discovery conversations, become an expert in Chiku products, champion responsiveness and issue resolution, proactively address customer questions, drive adoption and utilization, lead customer reviews, and contribute ideas to improve account management workflows in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and a proactive, curious mindset are essential. Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; Hubspot experience is a plus. 2+ years in a customer-facing role is expected; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Flexible, remote-friendly work arrangement with US Eastern Time hours.
Required Qualifications
