Job Summary
Cultivate successful relationships with key stakeholders to ensure optimal engagement and anticipate customer needs before they arise. Manage and grow existing strategic accounts by using systematic forecasting to oversee renewals, identify churn risks, and drive net growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to customize product offerings, uncover optimization potential, and articulate how the product suite aligns with enterprise-level business goals. Proactively flag at-risk accounts and negotiate annual renewals while demonstrating proficiency in presenting Chartbeat and Tubular Labs solutions. Operate as a leader within the Customer Success Org by mentoring team members, sharing best practices, and driving internal initiatives. Travel as needed to represent Chartbeat at customer meetings and conferences worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of B2B relationship management experience
- Demonstrated experience with consultative relationship building, objection-handling and customer-oriented demo skills
- Recognized by key customers/stakeholders as a digital media and analytics expert who can leverage that knowledge into practical customer solutions
- Ability to work independently and to effectively handle numerous and often simultaneous priorities with stakeholders across all functions of our customer organizations
- Proven results consistently growing a portfolio of enterprise customer relationships
- Strong sense of urgency and resiliency
- Excellent written, persuasive speaking, demoing and contract negotiation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with and/or for media organizations
- Demonstrated knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) activity, opportunity and pipeline management
- Familiarity with web/media publishing technologies and debugging tools
- Experience working with global customers
- Demonstrated evidence of multinational experience
- Multilingual skills including but not limited to Spanish, French, Japanese and German
