Job Summary
Achieve world-class customer satisfaction and retention metrics by effectively managing a dedicated territory and driving renewals and expansions. Coach and enable partner Customer Success Managers (P-CSMs) to excel in customer success, own and resolve customer escalations, answer policy and license questions, contribute to best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes for customers across the partner ecosystem. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building with C-level executives at large companies, and the ability to thrive in a distributed, remote-first work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years SaaS or ERP experience
- Located in the USA
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Experience with high-stakes account management, subscription renewals, churn/contraction mitigation, and expansion
- Able to work in a telecommuted / distributed environment
