Job Summary

Customer Success Manager at B3 partnering with clients to ensure ongoing value from the B3 Systems platform. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships across technical, operational, and leadership teams, maintaining regular touchpoints, guiding product adoption and onboarding of new teams or sites, driving successful outcomes while mitigating risk, surfacing customer feedback to influence product direction, and identifying opportunities for account growth aligned with customer goals. Strong emphasis on understanding deployments and priorities, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication to ensure customers realize value and expand platform adoption across sites and use cases. Preferred strong engineering background and familiarity with automation, manufacturing environments, AI adoption, and digital transformation.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Technical Business Analysis
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, presentation, and project management skills
  • Bilingual, French an asset
  • Advanced ability to understand business objectives through requirements gathering and analysis
