Job Summary
Lead point of contact for customer success initiatives, driving adoption and satisfaction for Carbyne’s public-safety SaaS platform. Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and IT staff, manage onboarding and training, monitor KPI/SLA fulfillment, identify enhancement requests, collaborate with sales for expansion, and advocate for customer success and product adoption across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager within the SaaS tech industry
- Must reside in VA
- Experience in generating training materials and executing training sessions on-site/remotely
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client visits
- Proven customer success experience within SaaS serving public safety
