Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for PaceMate remote role focused on a defined US geography (Atlantic Southeast or South Central). Responsible for onboarding, training, and cultivating the relationship between PaceMate and customers, ensuring software adoption, workflow optimization, and revenue capture. Develop area objectives and budgets that align with corporate plans; collaborate with area sales managers to implement commercial strategy and drive market adoption. Build Clinical and Executive Champions at new customer sites; align resources for successful customer launch and ongoing maintenance. Manage onboarding activities, forecast accurately, and provide customer feedback to product teams for new system developments. Requires experience in medical device sales/clinical services, healthcare IT or CV/EP markets, and the ability to work remotely with travel as needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; minimum 5 years of relevant experience; ability to travel >50% and operate effectively across a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience within medical device sales and clinical services
- Experience within the CV, Healthcare IT or capital equipment markets
- Established background in Cardiology/EP space or related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex processes
- Technical skills in education/training Cardiology staff and physicians
- Ability to travel greater than 50%
- Proven ability to work remotely and autonomously
