Job Summary
Manage a set of corporate customers utilizing Arctic Wolf's CyberSOC solution by achieving renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling and ensuring quarterly account reviews. Listen to customers to provide feedback, negotiate upsells using product knowledge, and act as advisors to develop future growth plans. Successfully prioritize high-volume activities, manage customer issues, and create automated processes to forecast and retain at-risk accounts. Fluent Dutch speaker with 5+ years in sales required. Located in Benelux with 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in a sales role
- Fluent Dutch speaker
- Aptitude for technology
- Knowledge of spreadsheet utilization
