Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for APAC responsible for onboarding new customers, aligning Chainalysis solutions with customer objectives, proactively engaging to understand technical challenges and goals, and driving adoption and value realization. The role requires stewardship of customer configurations, strong stakeholder management, and delivering workshops, product demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions. You will act as a trusted advisor, provide proactive strategic guidance, and advocate for customers with product/engineering teams, while helping reduce churn and increase satisfaction through ongoing risk assessments and value delivery. English and Mandarin proficiency is expected, with blockchain/crypto, cybersecurity, or data analytics experience; AML knowledge in crypto space is a desirable plus.
Required Qualifications
- Solid commercial experience within the blockchain/crypto technology, cybersecurity, or data analytics industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of service delivery or account management within a post-sales and/or pre-sales environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of English and Mandarin
- Nice to have experience with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) in cryptocurrency space and blockchain/Web3 concepts
